There is a three hour wait in Kingston for vehicle traffic. The tally
system has been activated due to heavy traffic. Washington State
Patrol will be handing out tally slips to vehicles in queue on State
Route 104. If a vehicle attempts to enter the terminal without a tally
slip, they will be directed by WSP to the end of the queue.
